This exclusive workshop is for those who have attended all previous Chakra Alignment workshops in this year's series. For the 7th and final installment, we will focus on Light Body Activation.

Light body activation is the process of awakening and aligning your energetic body to higher frequencies of consciousness and divine energy. It allows for greater spiritual awareness, healing, and alignment with your true self.

In this transformative session, we will align and connect all seven energy centers, creating a safe and vital pathway for light body activation to thrive. Join us to complete your chakra journey and elevate your being to new levels of consciousness and vitality.

Yoga mats and bolsters are provided. You are welcomed to bring your own. Please bring a blanket and pillow for your comfort and a notebook and pen for your reflection.

Past and present workshop attendees who have attended all previous workshops are welcomed!

Info: We begin by welcoming everyone with a grounding invocation, inviting all to be present and open to the experience. We will follow by biefly introduce the theme and general intentions of the experience, and explain the overall flow of the workshop. We will give a short, insightful introduction to the Light Body Activation, explaining its purpose, significance, and how it relates to our overall well-being.

Info: Inspired by a Reiki movement meditation, you will be led through an invigoratin dynamic flow. This sequence of movement harnesses the body’s power to calm the mind while connecting to all energy centers. By channeling universal energy through gentle movements, it strengthens your connection to the earth, centers your energy, and clears mental clutter. Paired with deep, mindful breathing, this practice enhances energetic and spiritual awareness, making it the ideal flow to reconnect with yourself, root to crown.

Info: Now that your mind and energy are aligned, Nix will guide you through her signature Tea-Tension Flow. This ceremony honors the energy and healing properties of her specially crafted Harmony tea, blending it with a tailored intention for this workshop to deepen your experience.

Info: Nix and Lisa will then guide participants through a simple yet powerful and invigorating static dance and breathwork practice designed to support the flow of energy throughout the entire body. We will use this moment to focus on our breath, movement and energy, helping them deepen our connection to the present moment. The combination encourages the release of any stagnant energy and allowing the our entire chakra system to rejuvenate and align harmoniously.

Info: We will transition into a soothing sound bath as Nix guides the group through a mind-body connection flow, helping participants connect with their calming breath and restful bodies, in preperation for Lisa’s visually guided meditation. As Lisa leads you on a serene journey, she offers prompts for deep introspection, inviting you to explore emotions, memories, or sensations, while fostering healing, alignment and awakening.

Info: We will gather for a reflective discussion, creating space to share personal experiences and explore how to integrate these insights into our everyday lives. An intuitive message will be offered, guiding you on what to focus on, on your journey ahead post conclusion of the series.

Info: We will take a few moments to sit in the energy of gratitude and close out with a short grounding affirmation, sealing in the energy of workshop to leave participants feeling balance and empowered.
