Paired with deep, mindful breathing, this practice enhances energetic and spiritual awareness, making it the ideal flow to reconnect with yourself, root to crown.Tea-tension Tea CeremonyHost: NixInfo: Now that your mind and energy are aligned, Nix will guide you through her signature Tea-Tension Flow.
